The Gift of Life Donor Program is the non-profit organ and tissue donor program serving hospitals and patients in the eastern half of Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and the State of Delaware, through the recovery and distribution of organs and tissues used in life-saving and life-enhancing transplants. Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) was founded in Pennsylvania in 1975 to help reintegrate youth returning from an adult prison in Camp Hill, PA. Since then, YAP has grown to work with nearly 3,000 youth and families per year in 24 counties in Pennsylvania. The YAP model successfully serves a broad populations with a variety of program types including those in child welfare, in behavioral health, in schools, within developmental disabilities, in autism support, as gang intervention, and with adult offender re-entry.
