AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania, a member of AmeriHealth Caritas, is a Medical Assistance (Medicaid) managed care health plan serving more than 114,000 Medical Assistance recipients across two regions of Pennsylvania: the Lehigh/Capital Zone and the New West Zone. CENTER FOR ORGAN RECOVERY EDUCATION (CORE)
CORE is a non-profit organ procurement organization dedicated to promoting donation, education and research for the purpose of saving and improving the quality of life through organ, tissue and corneal transplantation. CORE works closely with donor families and health care professionals to deliver the gift of hope by cordinating the surgical recovery of organs, tissues and corneas for tranplantation and also facilitating the computerized matching of donated organs, tissues and corneas.

GIFT OF LIFE DONOR PROGRAM
The Gift of Life Donor Program is the non-profit organ and tissue donor program serving hospitals and patients in the eastern half of Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and the State of Delaware, through the recovery and distribution of organs and tissues used in life-saving and life-enhancing transplants. Gift of Life serve as a community resource by providing support for families of donors as well as transplant recipients and their families and serves as a leader in the advancement of organ and tissue donation and tranplantation.

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc.
Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. (YAP) was founded in Pennsylvania in 1975 to help reintegrate youth returning from an adult prison in Camp Hill, PA. Since then, YAP has grown to work with nearly 3,000 youth and families per year in 24 counties in Pennsylvania. The YAP model successfully serves a broad populations with a variety of program types including those in child welfare, in behavioral health, in schools, within developmental disabilities, in autism support, as gang intervention, and with adult offender re-entry.
